Tri-State Community Healthcare will have a FREE food distribution open to everyone. Each family will get one bag of food. Items may include but are not limited to cereal, canned goods, packaged goods, dry goods, coffee, drinks, and more.

Thursday, April 18 from 9:00-11:00 AM
870 HWY 95, Mohave Valley, AZ

Our motto is "Working in the community for the community." We enjoy giving back to our community and letting them know about the services that we offer at our clinic.

Some of those services are:
-Primary Care

-Sports Physicals
-Wellness Checks

Tri-State Community Healthcare River Cities can treat everyone regardless of insurance status, including those without or under-insured people. We have a full-time insurance specialist who will help you determine what you qualify for.
