Nevada Complete Count Committee Rolls Out Nevada Census 2020 Administrative Support & Partnership Grant Applications

(Carson City, Nev.) – Today, the Nevada Complete Count Committee has opened its Nevada Census 2020 Partnership Support Grant Program and Administrative Grant Program applications:

Partnership Grants help fund materials, resources, and/or activities to support organizations conducting 2020 Census outreach, including education, awareness, and mobilization campaigns in hard-to-count communities. Examples of eligible items and services funded by a Partnership Grant include promotional banners, pens, translation services, and graphic design.

Administrative Support Grants help fund more comprehensive, in-depth outreach plans and programs that, like the Partnership Grants, involve materials, resources, and/or activities to support organizations conducting 2020 Census outreach, including education, awareness, and mobilization campaigns in hard-to-count communities.

Both grant programs will have a rolling deadline with a final deadline of March 11, 2020, or until funding is depleted. Grant applications and additional information can be found at https://census.nv.gov/committee/.

About Nevada Census 2020
The mission of Nevada Census 2020 is to ensure Nevadans get their fair share of federal resources and Congressional representation by encouraging all residents to participate and be counted. Data collected from the census count will help determine how more than $675 billion of federal funding is spent each year on state-level infrastructure and services across the country. Nevada will earn $20,000 in federal funding over the next ten years for every man, woman and child who is counted.
