CALL FOR APPLICANTS
 
The Emerging Leaders Program was a huge success in 2016.  We will be offering this beneficial program again in 2017, in Las Vegas to increase growth opportunities for local small businesses. The Emerging Leaders program provides participants with the knowledge, know-how, resources and connections to help them grow their businesses. This comprehensive approach has helped thousands of small businesses across America significantly increase revenue, create new jobs, and strengthen local communities. This innovative program is an intense 26 week course that offers approximately 100 hours of training per participant and provides the opportunity for small business owners to work with experienced professionals and develop connections with their peers, city leaders, and financial communities. Over 2,500 small business owners around the country have completed the program. 
Program eligibility criteria include:
  • Your company has been in business for at least 3 years
  • In 2016 has annual revenue between $400,000.00 and $10,000,000.00
  • At least one full time employee besides the owner
  • Interested in growth
Collaborating closely with community partners is the key to this program’s award-winning success.
By participating in the Emerging Leaders course, you become part of this growing network in the Southern Nevada landscape.  To commence and graduate from the Emerging Leaders Program means your work as entrepreneur and your company’s contribution to the small business economy have been recognized.  As a referral partner, your role would be to help identify potential candidates for the program. This is an outstanding opportunity for training to share training for the small business that you work with and will continue to connect your company with a thriving and diverse group of other small businesses owners.
