LAS VEGAS – Dec. 3, 2018 – Aquarius Casino Resort will celebrate Christmas with holiday feasts at Windows on the River Buffet and The Vineyard, available throughout the day on Tuesday, Dec. 25.
Windows on the River Buffet will celebrate Christmas with an all-day dining affair. The buffet will offer a variety of traditional breakfast items including eggs, bacon, sausage, breakfast potatoes, biscuits, gravy, chorizo and a custom omelet station. In addition to traditional buffet items, a variety of holiday dishes will be served, including: roasted turkey, smoked tri-tip, blackened salmon with roasted pepper aioli, carved prime rib, toasted pine nut stuffing, red bliss mashed potatoes, candied yams, fresh broccoli with cheese sauce, Waldorf salad, fresh cranberry salad and black forest cake. The buffet will be priced at $18.74 for ace|PLAY TM orange, green and red card members, $22.49 for ace|PLAY blue card members and $24.99 for nonmembers.
The Vineyard will offer a four-course, prix-fixe Christmas dinner, beginning with an appetizer of tenderloin medallions with white truffle duxelle and port glace de viand. Guests will have a choice between chicken saffron soup or mixed field greens salad with Asiago dressing. Entrée options will include traditional baked turkey with mashed potatoes and stuffing; or beef medallions with peppercorn bordelaise and oscar, served with lobster risotto, roasted Brussels sprouts, fresh shallots and bacon. Dessert selections include pecan pie, pumpkin cheesecake, black forest cake or pumpkin pie. The dinner will be served from 4 to 10 p.m. and will be priced $34.20 for ace|PLAY TM members and $37.99 for nonmembers.
