Job Description
The Boys & Girls Club is hiring for the Fort Mohave Unit!
The Fort Mohave Unit Director is responsible for providing the Optimal Club Experience—a safe, positive, and fun environment that provides supportive relationships, opportunities, high expectations, and meaningful recognition—for youths ages 5 to 18. This Unit Director may also assist with the organization of BGCCR sports leagues (currently basketball and volleyball). 
Major duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Directs/manages daily operations of our Fort Mohave Club with the primary concerns of scheduling, supervision, training of staff, membership concerns. 
  • Fee collections.
  • Facility management.
  • Interfacing with parents. 
  • Daily Facebook postings.

Candidates must have strong communication skills, both oral and written. Strong leadership abilities. Must be available Monday - Friday 7:30am – 6pm, with an agreed upon schedule set upon hiring. Proficiency in Google Drive and basic computing functions (typing, email, web-based apps). Strong decision making skills. Experience in Boys & Girls Club/similar organization preferred. Supervising experience preferred.  PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE. PART TIME WITH ROOM TO GROW INTO FULL AFTER PROBATIONARY PERIOD!
