Edgewater Casino is hiring!
Responsible for both the direct supervision of all FOH QSR, casual, fine dining team members and indirectly BOH team members. Responsible for day-to-day operations and ensure the efficient and smooth operation of the outlet assigned. Additional responsibilities will include but are not limited to assisting the Food and Beverage Manager with training, discipline, maintaining quality and control, maintaining labor hours and evaluation of team members job performance. Contributes to a high energy environment increasing team member morale. Assists in other departments as needed such as Beverage and Banquets. Maintains high standards and expectations of the Company’s Guest Service culture. Must be at least 21 years of age. Be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Registry, Health Card and Alcohol Awareness Card.
Cook II:
The ability to perform the day-to-day operations of the Cook position to prepare high volume of food for buffet, hot hors d’oeuvres, appetizers, side dishes and hot entrees and other hot dishes according to the menu recipes. Must be at least 18 years of age. Be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Health Card.
Housekeeping Tower Manager:
Responsible for overall operation of the Housekeeping towers. Responsible to ensure staff is completing tasks as required and for maintaining the guest room inventory. Responds to critical guest and employee issues as necessary. Must be at least 18 years of age.
Security Officer:
Provides security/safety for our guests/employees and property assets, is able to assist in all emergency situations. Offers accurate and courteous service, along with the knowledge of casino responsibilities, investigates situations according to the company and departments standards as well as prepare written reports. Must be at least 21 years of age. Be able to obtain and maintain a NV Gaming Registry and an Alcohol Awareness Card.
Steakhouse Host Person:
Maintains the reservation book by taking reservations and walk-ins. Greets guests and escorts them to the appropriate table. Assists Manager in preparing venue for service and maintaining the cleanliness and flow of the room. Must be at least 16 years of age. Be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Health Card.
