Floor Supervisor: Full Time Supervision of the Casino Pit during the shift, will assign stations and duties for all staff, and ensure that policies and procedures are followed. The Floor Person works under supervision on the Casino Floor. Provide superior levels of guest service. At least 21yrs old, high school diploma/equivalent, and minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in Casino Gaming
Guest Room Attendant: Full Time Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of all assigned guest rooms (minimum, but not limited to, 16 credits per 8hr shift), keeps daily assignment paperwork updated, and provide outstanding guest service to all internal/external guests. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Must provide excellent guest service. Assist food servers as needed. Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Buffet Runner: Full Time/Steady Extra Transfer food inventory from kitchen to Buffet or Buffet to kitchen. Rotate and replace stock in a timely manner up to operational and business needs. Monitor and keep all refrigeration, storage, and equipment in clean working condition
Kitchen Worker: Full Time To clean, maintain, organize, and sanitize throughout all kitchens, Banquets, and kitchen areas. Assist with the daily operations of the Steward Department. Wash, stack, and organize dishware, glassware, and silverware. Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Lifeguard: Part Time Assist guests in the proper use of pool facilities and equipment. Monitor activities in swimming areas to prevent accidents and to provide a safe and healthy aquatic environment for hotel guests. Maintains cleanliness of pool deck area and provides excellent guest service. Handle any emergencies as appropriate. One to three months of related experience or training preferred. Must be at least 17 years of age. CPR and First-Aid certification. Lifeguard certification.
Bus Person: Part Time/Steady Extra Pre-bus, bus, and set tables in restaurant to ensure guests have all utensils and condiments necessary. Assist servers with drink orders/replenishing. Provide excellent guest service to all guests. Perform any other duties as assigned by management. Six months related experience &/or training or an equivalent combination of education/experience.
Cook: Steady Extra Prepare hot hors d’oeuvres, appetizers, side dishes and hot entrees and other hot dishes according to the menu recipes or as otherwise specified by supervisor to ensure consistency of product. Check and control the proper storage of all products, checking on portion control to maintain quality products. Ensure work station is properly prepared for dining service.
Guest Service Representative: Steady Extra Greets and registers guests, provides prompt and courteous service, and maintains/closes out guest accounts while standing at the Front Desk, utilizing a computer, to meet Aquarius’s high standards of quality. High School Diploma required
Dealer: Steady Extra Responsible for dealing all casino games while providing a "GREAT GAMING EXPERIENCE" for our guests. The Dealer will ensure that policies and procedures are followed, and that the integrity of the game is not compromised. Dealers work under supervision on the Casino Floor. This positions also involves working: under variable temperatures, indoors, and around fumes and/or odor hazards. Must be at least 21yrs old
Bar Porter: Steady Extra Cleaning/sanitation of assigned beverage stations including removing trash from area and stocking designated beverage areas: liquor tree, store room and bars. Bar porter will assist barback and bartenders as needed. Provide outstanding guest service. High school diploma or equivalent experience. One year of related experience/training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Coffee/Wine Attendant: Steady Extra Plans, preps, sets up and provides quality service in all areas of Duet in accordance with standards and specifications. Maintains organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment. Takes food/beverage orders; retrieves/serves orders to guests courteously and efficiently, busses tables. Must be at least 21 years old, previous experience as a Barista, Retail Clerk, or experience in a full service restaurant required
Housekeeping Runner/Stocker: Seasonal Responsible for overall cleanliness of assigned floors (can vary) providing assistance to guest room attendants, and Managers providing the materials/items needed to perform their daily tasks. Will be responsible for the delivery and pick up (runs) of guest requested items, to and from guest rooms, and keep written record of all “runs” given throughout the shift.
