ACE Play Supervisor: Full Time This position requires proficiency in all duties of an ace|PLAY agent and the ability to supervise others in that position. Supervisors will be expected to lead by example and foster teamwork within ace|PLAY and other departments.  Prefer at least one year experience working in a slot club/box office or in a supervisory role. Must be at least 21 years of age
Beverage Server: Steady Extra Responsible for serving beverages to guests in the casino, bar lounges or restaurants in an efficient timely manner while abiding by all State/Federal and Corporate liquor regulations, provide instruction and/or guidance for guest/employee safety in fire/emergency situations, assist bartender with glassware, and provide outstanding guest service. Minimum six months related experience/training and must be at least 21yrs old
Bus Person: Steady Extra Pre-bus, bus, and set tables in restaurant to ensure guests have all utensils and condiments necessary. Assist servers with drink orders/replenishing. Provide excellent guest service to all guests. Perform any other duties as assigned by management. Six months related experience &/or training or an equivalent combination of education/experience.
Casino Host: Full Time Responsible for all new players’ card enrollments on the casino floor and casino pit areas. Must be able to change focus quickly, handle multiple situations and/or tasks at any one time. Having excellent communication skills is a must. Maintain assigned shift/job requirements in conformance with company standards. Provide assistance to all external and internal guests on a professional level at all times. Must be at least 21 years old.
Coffee/Wine Attendant: Steady Extra Plans, preps, sets up and provides quality service in all areas of Duet in accordance with standards and specifications. Maintains organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment. Takes food/beverage orders; retrieves/serves orders to guests courteously and efficiently, busses tables. Must be at least 21 years old, previous experience as a Barista, Retail Clerk, or experience in a full service restaurant required
Cook: Full Time Prepare hot hors d’oeuvres, appetizers, side dishes and hot entrees and other hot dishes according to the menu recipes or as otherwise specified by supervisor to ensure consistency of product. Check and control the proper storage of all products, checking on portion control to maintain quality products. Ensure work station is properly prepared for dining service.
Executive Casino Host: Full Time Reports to the Director of Player Development and will be responsible for driving incremental gaming revenue from targeted player levels. This incentive hosting program will focus on personal one-on-one customer service and aggressive sales initiatives. This targeted group of players will have a tracked daily theoretical gaming worth established by management. A minimum of 3 years of Casino Host, Executive Casino Host, Player Development, Marketing/Sales or related job experience. Must be at least 21 years old
Guest Room Attendant: $500 Signing Bonus-Full Time Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of all assigned guest rooms (minimum, but not limited to, 16 credits per 8hr shift), keeps daily assignment paperwork updated, and provide outstanding guest service to all internal/external guests. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Must provide excellent guest service. Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Hospitality Attendant: Steady Extra Responsible to check out a bank and cashiering duties, answers phone, greets guests, seats guests, moves tables and chairs, adjusts table settings, and maintains a clean work area. Perform any other duties as assigned by management. Provide outstanding guest service to all internal and external guests
Master Cook: Full Time Oversee daily operations of the kitchen staff. Ensures quality of products used to prepare menu items, and ensures proper storage of all products. Assist Sous Chef in preparation of food for service and coordination of menu execution and product placement. Lead cooks and runners in day to day duties. Minimum 6 months experience in a Food & Beverage kitchen, with prior experience selecting products and ensuring proper storage.
Race & Sports Book Writer: Steady Extra Main focus is customer service and the ability to communicate with the guest and get their tickets written correctly in a courteous and professional manner. Ensure all cash handling transactions are done with accuracy and to the guest’s satisfaction. Work independently with little supervision. Perform any other duties as assigned by management. Provide outstanding guest service to all internal and external guests. Six months race/sports experience preferred.
Security Officer: Steady Extra To provide security/safety for our guests/employees and property assets, able to assist in all emergency situations. To offer accurate and courteous service, along with the knowledge of casino responsibilities and to investigate and prepare written reports. Must be at least 21 years of age. Valid Driver’s License required
Utility Kitchen Worker: Full Time To clean, maintain, organize, and sanitize throughout all kitchens, Banquets, and kitchen areas. Assist with the daily operations of the Steward Department. Wash, stack, and organize dishware, glassware, and silverware. Break down dishwasher, clean and reset for oncoming shift. Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Valet Attendant: Part Time Recovers and delivers vehicles to guests in a safe and efficient manner. Ensures guests receive excellent guest service at all times. Perform any other duties as assigned by management. High school diploma/GED, six months guest service experience, valid driver license with clean driving record and one year of valid car insurance
