Baker: Part Time Work the day to day operations of the Bakery which includes preparation and production of all pastry, bread and dessert items for the Buffet, Café, Vineyard, Employee Dining Room, and Banquets according to standard recipes or as otherwise specified by supervisor to ensure consistency of product to the guest.
 
Banquet Server: Steady Extra Take food and beverage orders, retrieve and serve non-alcoholic beverages and food orders to guest tables according to venue specifications, courteously and efficiently. Complete opening side duties as assigned, set up side station with supplies and equipment, and properly breakdown and store all reusable goods. Two years of related experience and/or training, previous banquet of fine dining experience required, and must be at least 21 years old
 
Bar Porter: Steady Extra Cleaning/sanitation of assigned beverage stations including removing trash from area and stocking designated beverage areas: liquor tree, store room and bars. Bar porter will assist barback and bartenders as needed. Provide outstanding guest service. High school diploma or equivalent experience. One year of related experience/training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
 
Bus Person: Steady Extra Pre-bus, bus, and set tables in restaurant to ensure guests have all utensils and condiments necessary. Assist servers with drink orders/replenishing. Provide excellent guest service to all guests. Perform any other duties as assigned by management. Six months related experience &/or training or an equivalent combination of education/experience.
 
Café Food Server: Steady Extra Take, retrieve and serve food and beverage orders to guest tables according to venue specifications in a professional, courteous and efficient manner and complete side work. Six months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be at least 21 years old.
 
Coffee/Wine Attendant: Part Time & Steady Extra Plans, preps, sets up and provides quality service in all areas of Duet in accordance with standards and specifications. Maintains organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment. Takes food/beverage orders; retrieves/serves orders to guests courteously and efficiently, busses tables. Must be at least 21 years old, previous experience as a Barista, Retail Clerk, or experience in a full service restaurant required
 
Cook: Steady Extra & Full Time Prepare hot hors d’oeuvres, appetizers, side dishes and hot entrees and other hot dishes according to the menu recipes or as otherwise specified by supervisor to ensure consistency of product. Check and control the proper storage of all products, checking on portion control to maintain quality products. Ensure work station is properly prepared for dining service.
 
 
 
EVS Porter: Steady Extra Responsible for cleaning and maintaining designated areas of the hotel/casino. Will be required to clean slot machines, ashtrays, ledges, restaurants, restrooms, offices, or other areas of the hotel/casino. Will be required to work at a fast pace and have a high attention to detail. Perform any other duties as assigned by management. Provide outstanding guest service to all internal and external guests. Must be at least 21 years old
 
Guest Room Attendant: $500 Signing Bonus-Full Time & Steady Extra Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of all assigned guest rooms (minimum, but not limited to, 16 credits per 8hr shift), keeps daily assignment paperwork updated, and provide outstanding guest service to all internal/external guests. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Must provide excellent guest service. Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
 
Specialty Room Chef: Full Time Responsible for all aspects of managing a kitchen and its personnel, ensuring the quality preparation of all menu items and proper handling/storage of all food items in accordance with standards.  Coordinates the ordering of all food and develops menus maintaining approved food costs and labor costs. Minimum 3 years of experience kitchen supervisory experience in a restaurant and at least 21 years of age.
 
Specialty Room Cook: Part Time & Full Time Prepare hot hors d’oeuvres, appetizers, side dishes and hot entrees and other hot dishes according to the menu recipes in an upscale environment. Check and control the proper storage of all products, checking on portion control to maintain quality products. Ensure work station is properly prepared for dining service. Minimum of six months previous fine dining experience.
 
Utility Kitchen Worker: Full Time To clean, maintain, organize, and sanitize throughout all kitchens, Banquets, and kitchen areas. Assist with the daily operations of the Steward Department. Wash, stack, and organize dishware, glassware, and silverware. Break down dishwasher, clean and reset for oncoming shift. Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
