ACE|PLAY Agent: Full Time Enroll guests in the ace|PLAY Club, explain club functions, and redeem cash back points and comp dollars. Sell general admission or “assigned seating” tickets to on property venues. Be able to take credit card orders for tickets over the phone. Disburse pre-purchased tickets and / or other materials as assigned. Provide information concerning property services, as well as area “points of interest” and directions. Other duties as requested by management. Must be at least 21yrs old
 
Asst. Beverage Manager: Full Time Trains and supervises beverage servers, bar apprentices, bar porters and bartenders. Ensures that beverage service is efficient and to the highest standard. Follows all operating procedures, including safety and health procedures, in accordance with company standards. At least 21 years old, high school diploma/equivalent, and 2-3 years’ experience in bar/restaurant operations with progressive supervisory experience.
 
Baker: Part Time Work the day to day operations of the Bakery which includes preparation and production of all pastry, bread and dessert items for the Buffet, Café, Vineyard, Employee Dining Room, and Banquets according to standard recipes or as otherwise specified by supervisor to ensure consistency of product to the guest.
 
Banquet Server: Steady Extra Take food and beverage orders, retrieve and serve non-alcoholic beverages and food orders to guest tables according to venue specifications, courteously and efficiently. Complete opening side duties as assigned, set up side station with supplies and equipment, and properly breakdown and store all reusable goods. Two years of related experience and/or training, previous banquet of fine dining experience required, and must be at least 21 years old
 
Banquet Set-Up Person: Part Time Handles Setup/Decoration of banquet rooms, tables, chairs, and equipment for catered functions and maintains a clean convention area, and installation and control of Audio-Visual equipment for banquet related events. Maintain inventory of banquet related equipment and clean/presentable banquet areas prior to and after completion of banquets and related events. Perform any other duties as assigned by management and always provide outstanding guest service. Must be at least 18 years old
 
Bartender: Steady Extra Take orders, prepare & serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages courteously and efficiently according to department specifications. Operate cash register. Maintain stock/supplies and cleanliness of outlet and equipment. Provide outstanding guest service to all internal and external guests. High school diploma or equivalent, minimum 1 year relater experience &/or training, or a combination of education and experience. Must be at least 21 years of age
 
Bell Attendant: Seasonal & Steady Extra Meet and greet guests, properly store/retrieve luggage, as necessary. Anticipate guests’ needs, assists with room changes, provide effective solutions for a guest or particular situation, and provide local information. Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
 
 
Bus Person: Part Time Pre-bus, bus, and set tables in restaurant to ensure guests have all utensils and condiments necessary. Assist servers with drink orders/replenishing. Provide excellent guest service to all guests. Perform any other duties as assigned by management. Six months related experience &/or training or an equivalent combination of education/experience.
 
Coffee/Wine Attendant: Part Time Plans, preps, sets up and provides quality service in all areas of Duet in accordance with standards and specifications. Maintains organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment. Takes food/beverage orders; retrieves/serves orders to guests courteously and efficiently, busses tables. Must be at least 21 years old, previous experience as a Barista, Retail Clerk, or experience in a full service restaurant required
 
Cook: Steady Extra Prepare hot hors d’oeuvres, appetizers, side dishes and hot entrees and other hot dishes according to the menu recipes or as otherwise specified by supervisor to ensure consistency of product. Check and control the proper storage of all products, checking on portion control to maintain quality products. Ensure work station is properly prepared for dining service.
 
Dealer: Steady Extra Responsible for dealing all casino games while providing a "GREAT GAMING EXPERIENCE" for our guests. The Dealer will ensure that policies and procedures are followed, and that the integrity of the game is not compromised. Dealers work under supervision on the Casino Floor. This positions also involves working: under variable temperatures, indoors, and around fumes and/or odor hazards. Must be at least 21yrs old
 
Guest Room Attendant: $500 Signing Bonus Full Time Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of all assigned guest rooms (minimum, but not limited to, 16 credits per 8hr shift), keeps daily assignment paperwork updated, and provide outstanding guest service to all internal/external guests. Perform  other duties as assigned by management. Must provide excellent guest service. Assist food servers as needed. Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
 
Housekeeping Runner: Full Time Responsible for overall cleanliness of assigned floors (can vary) providing assistance to guest room attendants, and Managers providing the materials/items needed to perform their daily tasks. Will be responsible for the delivery and pick up (runs) of guest requested items, to and from guest rooms, and keep written record of all “runs” given throughout the shift.
 
Lifeguard: Part Time Assist guests in the proper use of pool facilities and equipment. Monitor activities in swimming areas to prevent accidents and to provide a safe and healthy aquatic environment for hotel guests. Maintains cleanliness of pool deck area and provides excellent guest service. Handle any emergencies as appropriate. One to three months of related experience or training preferred. Must be at least 16 years of age. CPR and First-Aid certification. Lifeguard certification
 
Security Officer: Steady Extra To provide security/safety for our guests/employees and property assets, able to assist in all emergency situations. To offer accurate and courteous service, along with the knowledge of casino responsibilities and to investigate and prepare written reports. Must be at least 21 years of age. Valid Driver’s License required
 
Specialty Room Server: Part Time Provide amazing guest service while taking, retrieving and serving food and beverage orders to guest tables according to venue specifications in a professional, courteous and efficient manner and complete side work. One Year of related experience/training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in high end restaurant.
 
Valet Attendant: Seasonal Recovers and delivers vehicles to guests in a safe and efficient manner. Ensures guests receive excellent guest service at all times. Perform any other duties as assigned by management. High school diploma/GED, six months guest service experience, valid driver license with clean driving record and one year of valid car insurance.
 
Warehouse Receiver: Full Time Ensure items purchased by the property are delivered by the vendor correctly and in good condition. Follows company policies and procedures. Works in fast paced environment with speed and accuracy. Must be able to work unsupervised. Place orders using the I/P system, and keep the receiving and warehouse areas safe and clean. Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
